Dong Café

A space rooted in the feeling of winter — where geometry meets organic form, and cold contrasts with warmth, creating an interior defined by comfort and a sense of shelter.

The space
A café where the cool white of ceramic floors and metallic wall surfaces contrast with the free-flowing, organic forms of the ceiling — layered in colourful fabric to evoke the northern lights. The concept was to create a space that feels cold in its overall character, a quiet nod to winter, with the ceiling as its one moment of warmth and wonder.
